Contrary to the indifferent behaviour of their customer care, the Swiggy authorities apologised for the incident on Facebook. The alleged incident took place on Thursday. The woman took to Facebook to narrate her ordeal. The authorities also asked the victim to give the details to facilitate further action. When she asked him to talk to her in Marathi, the accused said that Maharashtra is a part of India and that he is an Indian. In addition if required we can arrange a conversation with the customer who will clarify that the same was a misunderstanding. In reply to her complaint, the customer care of the company sent her a 'sorry' note and a Rs coupon. Do let us know if the headline could also reflect this new development as Swiggy did not provide rupee voucher as an apology but for any inconvenience the customer experienced.
